Self-serve IT for growing companies

TenantWard is a self-serve IT and security platform for companies that are too big to wing it and too small for a full IT department. It checks Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, your domains and your email, explains what it finds in plain English, and makes the fixes for you with a backup and an undo.

What self-serve IT means

Most growing companies run IT one of three ways: someone in the business does it on the side, an outside provider does it, or nobody really does. Self-serve IT is a fourth option. The person who already owns IT, usually an owner, an office manager or an operations lead, gets a platform that knows what good looks like and does the technical work for them.

The difference from a checklist or a report is that the platform runs the change. You read a plan in everyday words, approve it, and TenantWard backs up the current settings, makes the change, checks it worked and keeps a one-click undo.

What TenantWard covers

  • Microsoft 365 and Entra ID: MFA, admin roles, sign-in policies, mail forwarding, inbox rules, app consent, guests, licenses
  • Google Workspace: 2-Step Verification, super admins, Drive sharing, Gmail forwarding, third-party apps, unused accounts
  • Domains and email: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, certificates, registrar lock and expiry, with DNS fixes pushed through Cloudflare, GoDaddy or Amazon Route 53
  • People: onboarding, offboarding and compromised-account runbooks that run inside the platform
  • Monitoring: 24/7 alerts for risky changes and suspicious sign-ins, with optional automatic containment
  • Proof: evidence for cyber insurance and customer questionnaires, baselines and board-ready reports

Safe by design

Every change is a fixed, tested script graded routine, careful, disruptive or restricted. Riskier changes ask you to confirm by typing the person's email or the tenant name. Your settings are saved before anything runs, and if the backup fails the change doesn't run. A day later, TenantWard asks whether everything still works, and undo is one click if it doesn't.

Teams can require a second person to approve disruptive changes. View-only access lets a CEO or auditor see everything without being able to change anything.

Who it's for

  • Owners and operations leads who run IT themselves
  • CEOs who want an honest view of whether IT is being done properly
  • Lean IT teams that want baselines, drift alerts and safe changes without checking every admin center by hand
  • Companies with an IT provider that want an independent view they can share
  • IT providers who manage several clients from one console
